Should Gallop and Giggles experience a high volume of orders, you may experience a delay in shipment of your order.
You accept that in order for us to prove delivery of an order, we do not have to prove that you personally received the goods, but rather that any person at the delivery address signed for the delivery.
Delivery charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at check out or upon request. Delivery confirmation along with a tracking number will be sent via email once your order is processed and ready to be dispatched to the courier.
Returns & Refunds
Refund Period: You have 14 days from date of purchase to request a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Refund: Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging when returned directly to Gallop and Giggles (shipping cost is your responsibility).
Required Documentation: Provide a receipt or proof of purchase upon delivery.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll be notified via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, it will be processed within 7 working days to your original payment method.
Late or Missing Refunds: Check your bank account first, the contact your credit card company and bank. For further assistance, contact us.
Exchanges: We only replace defective or damaged items. If an item is the wrong size we will exchange for a bigger size (shipping at your cost).
Shipping Returns: Mail the product to us. You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.

Agreement of Sale: An agreement of sale between Gallop and Giggles and a customer is only valid once payment has been made and the company receivecs proof of payment.\Up untill this point, all products remian property of Gallop and Giggles.
Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency: The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. The transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).
Responsibility: Gallop and Giggles takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of products on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution, and delivery of goods.
